Eligibility
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days of purchase where the law provides a cooling-off right, unless they expressly requested that services begin during that period and acknowledged that they may lose the right for services already performed.
Timeframe for voluntary refunds
Outside statutory rights, Cloudservicepath offers a goodwill full refund on Roadmap Studio cohort fees if you cancel in writing at least 7 days before the first live consult and no materials beyond the welcome pack have been delivered.
Full or partial refund conditions
If you cancel after the first live consult but before the midpoint of an eight-week cohort, we may issue a partial refund of up to 40% of the fee, minus a €60 administration amount. After the midpoint, cohort fees are generally non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise or we cancel the program.
Non-refundable items
Completed Clarity Calls, completed Interview Story Studio sessions, and downloadable template packs marked as delivered are non-refundable once the session has occurred or files have been sent. Retainer months already started are non-refundable; future unused months billed in advance are refundable with 14 days’ written notice.
Refund process
Email hello@cloudservicepath.digital with subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and state whether a full or partial refund applies.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method used on the invoice. Bank transfer fees charged by third-party banks are outside our control.
Cancellation by Cloudservicepath
If we cancel a cohort or intensive, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.
Exceptions
No refund is due when materials were shared externally in breach of our Terms, when abusive conduct leads us to terminate an engagement, or when a client simply disagrees with advisory recommendations after receiving the contracted sessions. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
